Persons who claim that the privacy of their private life has been violated due to the content of broadcasting on the Internet, may apply directly to the TIB and request the implementation of the prevention of access to the content. This request must contain the exact address (URL) of the publication that causes the violation of the right, the information about which the right has been violated and the information to prove the credentials. In case of a lack of this information, the application is not processed by TİB.
In case of TIB justifies the demander's application, sends its decision taken for precautionary measure to our Association to implement of prevent access to the relevant site (s). Our Association fulfills the decision to be given for the measure related to the address / addresses specified by TIB within 4 hours. However,it is required that the person making the request must take decisions within 72 hours from the relevant court and this decision must be notified to our Association in accordance with the provisions of the Notification Law. If the decision is not notified to our Association within 72 hours, the address (s) to which access is prevented for measure will be re-opened.
How Can I Clear Cookie and Cache?
Clear cache & cookies
If there is a problem with the browser you are using or the page you are viewing, first try clearing the browser's cache. If the problem persists after clearing the cache, clear the browser's cookies. The instructions for clearing the cache and cookies may be different for each browser and each version. Microsoft Internet Explorer
To learn "Tip Version", Click "Help" in Internet Explorer and then click "About Internet Explorer." If you cannot see the "Help" menu, press the "Alt" button to display the menus.
1) Cache. First, clean the browser cache of the version you are using:
Internet Explorer 7.x
Click the Tools Menu. If you cannot see the menu, press the Alt button on your keyboard to display the menus.
Select Delete Browsing History.
Click the Delete files button.
In the confirmation window, click the Yes button.
Click the Close button.
Note: It may take several minutes for the cache history to be deleted.
Internet Explorer 6.x
Click the Tools Menu.
Select Internet Options.
Click the General tab.
Click the Delete files button.
Click OK in the confirmation window.
Click OK to close the 'Internet Options' window.
Note: It may take several minutes for the cache history to be deleted.
2) Cookies. If clearing the cache does not resolve the issue, you may also need to clear browser cookies.
Important! Deleting browser cookies may solve the problem but it also deletes your saved settings for sites you've previously visited.
Internet Explorer 7.x
Click the Tools Menu. If you cannot see the menu, press the Alt button on your keyboard to display the menus.
Click the Delete cookies button.

Select the 'Cache' checkbox.
Click the 'Clear Private Data Now' button.

In the 'Offline Storage' section, click the Clear Now button.
Click OK.

In the 'Cache' section, click the Clear Now button.
Click OK.
